Build a new-business engine that runs without you.
We create a high-converting system your team runs so your agency is easier to operate and worth more if/when you sell.
The New-Business Engine is a six-month program, from $6,000 a month.
The problem
Being involved is fine. Being required is the problem.
How many of these are true today?
- You're the one who knows which leads are actually good.
- You're the one who can explain why you're different.
- Pricing and scoping calls wait for you.
- The best client relationships belong to you.
- Big proposals sit until you find a free evening.
- Marketing happens when you push it, and stops when you don't.
- New hires keep coming back to ask you what to do.
If three or more are true, your agency relies on you for growth. That makes it harder to sell, and worth less.
What changes
You're involved. Not required.
"Our positioning and market strategy has strengthened and clarified. He 'gets' what we do and why we do it."
Megan Leary-Crist, Founder, RudderWhat we work on
We fix what's holding growth back.
We pick the few that matter most and work through them in order.
How it works
Find it. Fix it. Hand it over.
Here's the first six months.
Month 1
Find it
You'll have a guess about what's broken. We test it, set baseline numbers, and pick the first priorities. Real work starts in the first 30 days.
Months 2 to 4
Fix it
We build the fixes with your team and check that they work. You won't get a strategy deck and a goodbye.
Months 5 to 6
Hand it over
Someone on your team owns each piece. We watch it run without you, then pick what's next.
An example. Strong on the basics, weak on ownership.
What we look at in month one
Six parts of how your agency grows: market, offer, proof, demand, sales, and who owns the work.
Nobody is great at all six. We start with your weakest.
Pricing
Pick how much we tackle at once.
You probably have a guess about what's broken. Month one tells us if you're right, and that sets the priorities. A priority is one project from the list above, like building a partner channel, and your tier sets how many run at once.
For one clear thing to fix first.
Usually one fix on finding clients and one on winning them.
For a new market, a sales hire, or an acquisition on top.
Six months to start, then month to month. Change tiers anytime.
Not ready for six months?
Start with the Growth Maturity Audit
We find where growth depends on you and hand you a ranked list of what to fix. In the program, this is month one and it's included.
If you start with the audit and then join, we credit the difference between the $12,000 and your monthly fee toward your first month.
Groups with several brands or acquired agencies get scoped separately.
If you ever sell
Thinking about selling someday?
A buyer will ask where new business comes from, who owns the client relationships, and what happens to sales when you leave. If the honest answer is "me," you'll get a lower price or a deal that ties you to the company for years.
Why Haus Advisors
We've done this job inside agencies.
Haus Advisors founder David Hoos ran new business inside agencies for over a decade. Now we build that job into yours.
The Good
Repositioned around one market. 153% more qualified leads and 55% year-over-year revenue growth.
Command C
Twenty years of technical depth the story didn't show. Now the whole team can explain why us.
The Paragraph Project
World-class logos and no named offer. Now one clear position and two products the founder can hand off.
"We'd been fumbling the 'why us' question, and it was costing us. This gave us the clarity and confidence to finally answer it."
Sara Bacon, Founder, Command CFit
Who this is for, and who it isn't
A good fit if
- You run a founder-led agency doing $1M+ in revenue.
- Growth still runs through you, or you and a partner.
- Someone on the team can own the work, and has time to.
- You're willing to hand things over and measure the results.
Not a fit if
- You want a strategy document and nothing more.
- You won't give your team real ownership.
- You need results in 30 days.
- You don't have revenue or a team yet.
Common questions
What founders ask before they start
I'm our best salesperson. Why would I step back?
You don't have to. You keep the big calls and key relationships. Routine growth work just stops needing you.
Why six months? Couldn't we do a shorter project?
That's how long it takes to get the work out of your head, hand it to your team, and watch one full sales cycle run without you. If you only want the diagnosis, the Growth Maturity Audit is sold on its own.
So I pay you and my team does the work?
We build it together until someone on your team can run it. Then we move to the next priority.
Do you run our marketing or delivery?
No. We handle new business: finding, winning, and keeping clients. We don't run operations or delivery, and we don't run ads or produce content for you. We build the system and hand it to your team.
Why not just hire a salesperson?
A new salesperson in a system that lives in your head will just keep asking you what to do. We make the system clear first, so the hire can actually sell.
How will we know it's working?
Every month we track how much growth work still needs you, plus pipeline, win rate, deal size, and revenue. We don't promise revenue by a date, because deals take months to close.
What do you need from me?
Someone on your team to own the work by week eight, a weekly working session, and honest numbers. If that owner never shows up, we pause instead of billing.
Let's find where growth still depends on you.
We'll talk through where you're stuck and what we'd fix first.
