Haus Advisors

Work With Us

We're a solo consulting practice with big systems behind it. We hire freelancers for focused, part-time roles that keep the machine running while the founder stays on the irreplaceable work.

How This Works

Haus Advisors helps marketing and creative agency founders in the $1M-$8M range sharpen their positioning and build predictable pipelines. It's a one-person practice backed by custom AI systems, a Notion-based delivery infrastructure, and a small team of freelancers who handle the production work.

You won't be managing a team or sitting in standups. You'll get clear briefs, branded templates, and specific deliverables. Most communication happens async. Turnaround windows are reasonable. The work is steady but part-time.

What to Expect

You'll receive assets that are roughly 80% finished, generated from AI-powered workflows and branded templates. Your job is the last 20%: the polish, the pixel-level refinement, the professional finish that AI can't quite nail.

Briefs come with reference files, brand guidelines, and clear specs. You'll work in your own tools and deliver final files back. No proprietary software required.

We pay hourly, on time, every time. Expect 5-15 hours per week depending on the role and current workload.

Open Roles

Visual Design Polish

Part-Time • Hourly • Remote

You'll take AI-generated charts, blog featured images, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn visuals, and presentation slides from "almost there" to "done." This is refinement work, not design-from-scratch work. You'll receive SVG files, rough comps, and detailed brand specs. You make them clean, consistent, and publication-ready.

Typical Deliverables
  • LinkedIn chart graphics (mechanism diagrams, contrast frameworks, process flows)
  • Blog featured images with branded typography
  • YouTube episode thumbnails
  • PowerPoint slide polish for client-facing decks
  • Occasional one-off graphics (social banners, diagrams, visual frameworks)
You Should Have
  • Strong eye for typography, spacing, and alignment
  • Comfort working with SVG files and exporting to multiple formats (PNG, PDF, SVG)
  • Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent tool proficiency
  • Ability to match and extend an existing brand system (you'll receive a full style guide)
  • Reliable async communication and 24-48 hour turnaround on most items
Brand Context

Our visual language is clean, confident, and grounded. Think editorial, not startup. Dark greens, warm mustard accents, and serif headlines. Charts illustrate mechanisms and frameworks, never decoration. If you've designed for consultancies, publishers, or B2B brands, you'll feel at home here.

Podcast & Video Post-Production

Part-Time • Hourly • Remote

We publish "Behind the Agency," a podcast for agency founders. Episodes are recorded in Streamyard and need editing, cleanup, and prep for YouTube and podcast platforms. You'll follow an established runbook for each episode.

Typical Deliverables
  • Audio editing (noise cleanup, level balancing, trimming dead air)
  • Video editing for YouTube (intro/outro, lower thirds, chapter markers)
  • Exporting final files for Buzzsprout and YouTube upload
  • Clipping 2-3 short highlight clips per episode for social
You Should Have
  • Experience editing interview-style podcasts
  • Familiarity with YouTube upload workflows and metadata formatting
  • Reliable turnaround (episodes on a weekly-ish cadence)
  • Basic motion graphics for lower thirds and simple title cards (nice to have)

Web & CMS Production

Part-Time • As-Needed • Remote

Light Squarespace updates: publishing blog posts, embedding content, updating service pages, and occasional CSS tweaks. Everything follows existing templates and design patterns. This is execution, not design.

Typical Deliverables
  • Publishing formatted blog posts with featured images and SEO metadata
  • Updating page copy and layout within Squarespace
  • Embedding podcast players, forms, and interactive elements
  • Minor CSS adjustments to match the design system
You Should Have
  • Squarespace experience (especially custom code injection and blog formatting)
  • Basic HTML/CSS comfort
  • Attention to typographic detail and consistent formatting
